    taco you really need to calm yourself down comments like that make ppl hate khan even more, so what if fans identify with john murray hes a white woking class lad obviously more fans are going to identify with him then khan, likewise with khan his whole fan base is largely asian muslim for the same obvious reason,

    murray hasnt had the same breaks as khan, altough allot of ppl thought he was lucky to get by hamidi, the reason why he fought like that is because he was sceduled to fight fewkes who twice pulled out on an injury and a week before the fight another spanish based fighter pulled out and murray had basically less then 24hrs to get ready for hamidi who was coming off a win over anthony corolla so theres pritty damn good reason why he performed so badly on the night. i'm sure nearly every1 on here acknowledges that murrays a limited fighter and would do well to get past euro level the only time ppl thought he'd beat khan was after the prescott loss and could you really blame any1 for stating that?

    John Murrays a quality fighter but he,ll struggle at world level if he gets in there with a boxer Lee Mcallister was boxing him pretty well until he tired. But he really needs to get a decent promoter because his careers been handled terribly and if he does get a decent promoter and starts getting more fights he should definitley win the Euro Title and maybe a title at world level if he gets the right opponent.

    Murray is a bit of a joke, i've never rated him, a shot to pieces Thanxton was whoopin him till that scandalous stoppage. He is to Chavs what Pavlik is to mid west trailer trash, without the world title of course.
    Oh and where as it was Hopkins who whooped Pav, Murray got schooled by Youssef Al Hamidi, the green grocer/ice cream man from Dewsbury/Damascus.

    Got to give him some credit for actually fighting Thaxton tho,eh?

    Murrays a bit too one dimensional and for that reason he'll struggle as he moves up to the World Stage. That is unless he finds an undeserving champion with a glass jaw to square off against.

    Lmao. For fighting a COMPLETELY SHOT old fighter who had lost 3 of this 4 fights? On top of that a bull**** stoppage and you say he should get credit? :lol: I don't think so.

    And I assume you're talking about Khan. Well sorry to tell you the truth, but your Murray would be destroyed within 8 rounds against Khan.
