How do you see Wlad vs Ibragimov going down?

Discussion in 'World Boxing Forum' started by ChrisPontius, Nov 30, 2007.

  1. Good point:clap: Wlad has been KTFO by lesser fighter's ( Sanders and Purrity) than Iggy and Wlad broke his hand on Brewesters head in his last fight so it will be interesting if his hand is fully capable of a long fight if need be, too many people are expecting Wlad just to show up and blow the Russian out it isn't gonna happen..

Lesser fighters? How is Ibragimov better, because he beat Briggs and old man Holyfield? He will blow him out very easily.

I think Wlad will win A UD. With scores of 118-110 118-111 and 117-111.

I dont see anyway Ibragimov can win this fight, he was held to a draw by Ray Austin for Christ's sakes....the same Austin that Klitschko obliterated in two rounds earlier this year...

It will go similar to the Brock fight for the few rounds as it will be awkward with Wlad trying to figure out the awkward style (and southpaw). Wlad will then get his timing down and violently knock him out in the 7th round.

Just can't see Iggy win this fight, Wlad by KO in round 7 or before

    Exactly as I see it.

Ibrag will move like he's never moved before, and will only occassionally try to slip in and land to the body, but not very often, and he will be only marginally effective at it.

I hope I am wrong, but I see a pretty boring fight with not a whole lot of good exchanges, cause Ibrag will be too unwilling to exchange. And for good reason.

Wlad will probably win a deicision on aggression and having to chase Ibrag for 12 rounds.

Brewster knew he was going to get knocked out. He quit fighting back, hoping his corner would stop the fight. What a blowout! Brag gets in a couple of shots, but then gets "Brocked" :dead around the 6th round.
