How do you think Abraham will do vs the rest of the SuperSix?

I still like his chances. Ward would be very hard for him, for the same reasons Dirrel was, but i have trouble seeing Froch/Kessler beat him. Haven't seen Green so i can't comment on him.

AA is still my pick to win it and I think he will do a lot better against Ward than a lot of people think. Ward is easier to hit than Dirrell and has substantially less power, not nearly enough to keep AA off of him. AA's toughest fight will be a rematch with Dirrell (if it happens). I think that rematch will almost certainly be held in Germany as there were a lot of empty seats in Detroit in the first match. That coupled with AA's drive for retribution against the guy who took his "0" will make for a great fight. Froch, Kessler and Green spend too much time standing in front of their opponents and will all take a lot of punishment from Abraham!

He should indeed! But he better be more active early on. I was ringside when he knocked Taylor out and that was impressive (after a good display from Taylor).

I think that in the end the loss to Dirrel will prove be somewhat positive to his chances of winning the whole thing. After that experience Abraham might realize that he has to be more active at this level. If he does get more active then he might win. If he does not get more active I don't think he will get by Froch, who if not much else is a hard basterd.

I think people will be surprised with how easy Froch deals with AA.

Froch hits significantly harder than Dirrell and AA doesn't quite have the greatest chin in the world. He was cut open in his previous fight so that could be a factor and Froch's chin will truly be tested.

I think we're gonna finally see a REAL war going on between the two of em and Froch will prove to be the toughest SOB in the tourney, but certainly not the most skilled.

He's only guaranteed one more fight in the Super Six (Froch).

Assuming he beats Froch, he's probably in the semi-finals - so he could potentially face up with anybody (except Froch again...since if Abraham wins, Froch is pretty much as good as eliminated).

Ward outboxes him, Kessler can do the same if he can resist the urge to slug, Dirrell gets figured out and KTFO in a rematch, Green gets KTFO in a single round (whatever round Arthur first decides to throw a punch).

style make fights. ward is a lot easier to hit then dirrell, and abraham has a great chin, he was off balance against dirrell. dirrell is style wise the most difficult fight for abraham, but like you said, abraham will figure him out in the rematch and knock him unconsius. abraham biggest threat is kessler. froch will get knocked out from the arena against abraham. if kessler fights ward again, then kessler has a big chance to win if he trys to slug it out like against froch. and froch is very good and a very difficult opponent for all besides abraham. if froch fights dirrell again i bet he will win again. my pick

    ward ud green
    abraham ko froch
    kessler ko green
    dirrell draw ward

    1. abraham 6
    2. ward 5
    3. kessler 5
    4. Dirrell 3

    semis:

    abraham ko dirrell
    kessler ud ward

    final

kessler ud abraham or abraham ko kessler

Kessler and Ward could fight 10 times and Ward would win 9.

Other than that I like your picks.

I still like Abraham to win it all. Ward is a lot easier to hit vs Dirrell, and I don't think Ward has all that solid of a chin. He was hit by a left hook by Kessler (the only really clean punch landed by Kessler) and Ward looked a bit wobbly for a second and held on. In a rematch I like Abraham to catch Dirrell and avenge his "loss." Kessler has slowed down a bit and is on the downside, Froch hit Kessler quite a bit and Kessler didn't look good by any of those clean punches. I think Abe punches harder than Froch and stops Kessler, and I think Green would lose before he gets in the ring with AA.

FYI- I put loss in quotation marks because a DQ really isn't a legit loss. I'm not saying AA didn't deserve to get DQ'ed, because he did, but a DQ isn't a real loss, and we don't know how those last 4 minutes would have ended up.

thanks, but about ward kessler i'm not sure, kessler fought very stupid, he had not a bad day, he had a bad gameplan and a bad corner, if he trys to slug it out against ward like in the fight agianst froch i see him stopping ward. to get someone in a brawl is way easier then some people think. perhaps i underestimate ward big time. but i can definitely see dirrell beating ward

I think he will do fine... in fact I still think he can win the whole thing.
    My predictions for the upcoming fights is;

Ward vs Green > UD Ward
Abraham vs Froch > (T)KO AA (I think AA is one of the worst matchups for Froch)
    Ward vs Dirrell (SD/UD Ward)
Kessler vs Green > (T)KO Kessler

    Final standing.
    Ward 6 points (3-0, 0KO's)
    Abraham 6 points (2-1, 2KO's)
    Kessler 5 points (2-1, 1KO)
    Froch 2 points (1-2, 0KO's)
Dirrell 2 points (1-2, 0KO's) difference = lost to Froch
    Green 0 points (0-2, 0KO's)

Ward in semi's vs Froch, and Abraham in semi's vs Kessler.

Then I'm not so sure anymore.

I think he will win it. Most had him as the favorite until the last fight and even though he did get out-boxed and was rightfully disqualified he was in better shape during the last couple rounds than Dirrell. He's probably learned he needs to come out of his shell a little earlier.

Froch and Kessler don't impress at all.

I really favor Froch in the Abraham fight. I think he'll take a decision. He can fight behind his jab and keep Abraham busy with combinations and bodyshots. Abraham will find it difficult to close the distance because of Froch's reach.

To be honest I've always thought Abraham was gonna strugle , too many fast or tall types with good jabs . AA will lose to Froch , Kessler would beat him too and Ward would turn him inside out.
