Similar to the first fight with Cotto just holding on for victory this time.
What i think Cotto should do is work a lot on stamina. IMO it was the main reason he lost the 1st time.

Simple - the punches won't have the same sting.

I don't see how Cotto can manage Margarito's pressure, Cotto was tagged by Mayorga and Mayorga just swings for dear life.... Although Margarito is plainly a come forward fighter for a guy who has no legs to keep Margarito moving and ad******g, I think it will be the same outcome, supposing the hand wraps had no effect the first time they fought.

For Cotto to win in my opinion he should just box, I think Cotto is a very good boxer and can use the ring pretty well he used that against PAC and he did pretty well. Of coursse PAC was just way faster but with Margarito he should just beat Margarito up and the KO will come, His mind set should be as long as he does not hit me, and as long as I am hitting him constantly it does not matter how hard.

Cotto isn't going to run; he's going to mix it up between boxing Margarito behind a jab, and backing him up with his on combinations. Steward mentioned backing Margarito up himself as opposed to relying on retreating, and I considered this point; if you look at the first half of the Cotto fight, the Mosley fight, and the Pacquiao fight, Margarito doesn't often trade punches unless he's the one initiating the assault. He can walk through any type of resistance, but if he's tricked into walking into a shot, counter, or combo, he literally can't see where to hit, and stumbles backwards because of his poor balance. Cotto will keep turning Margarito, pivoting out to own the center of the ring (isntead of retreating to the ropes), and walking him into punches. He will dominate the inside exchanges before escaping as well, punching shorter, hammering the body where Margarito is a bit vulnerable, and getting out more efficiently. I see him taking a decision, and it won't have much to do with the beating he took against Pacquiao, IMO.

It's not likely, but how crazy would it be to see him go down from a Cotto body-shot?

Margarito would've lost a decision if He didnt have plaster!! Cotto is gonna outbox him again and maybe stop him with a body shot. Who knows,a few punches to his eye might stop the fight
