How do you think in hindsight - Billy Joe Saunders vs Callum Smith would have gone ?

Is one “in shape and motivated BJS” more or less valuable than one point five “well prepared Kevin Mitchell”s?

Not sure if it's mentioned in this forum but has anybody else seen all of Mark Tibbs interviews on IFL have been removed and an interview with Benny D has been stuck up?

The narrative has been changed, obviously the "I didn't get the response I wanted" was a problem,

Now we have "Billy wanted to go out, he didn't want the fight stopped"

All rather embarrassing in my opinion.

As someone who has never rated Smith very highly I'd probably have bet on a BJS UD.

For someone as tall as he is, Smith does not use his natural height and reach advantages.

Well before he scraped by Ryder (who I had 115-113), he sqeaked past Erik Skoglund how was lighting him up all night, but had no power.

He got a lot of his props @168 for winning the WBSS, beating Groves in the final, but I don't credit that win all that much, Groves really shouldn't have taken the fight given his arm was not properly healed, but WBSS gave him little choice in the matter. Prime Groves would have sparked Smith out IMO.

Maybe Smith will come again at 175 and make me re-evaluate him, but I can't see it.
