How do you think Parker matches up vs Usyk?

Parker has more mass and power now so if he knocked Usyk out it shouldn’t surprise anybody, Andy Lee is doing a great job,

 

Worse matchup stylistically for Parker (I say that as someone who rates Parker highly)

Usyk footwork and mobility, Parker won't be be able to get near him to close the distance. Could see a 12 round shut out.

 

I think Usyk does most everything a little better than Parker.

But Parker is significantly younger than Usyk, heavier and arguably punches harder now.

And, soon, that's going to catch up with Usyk.

He knows it, too. Which is why he said he only wants two more fights.

Someone's going to knock Usyk off. And it probably won't be a fighter everyone thinks is the favorite going into the fight.

 

Looking at this poll, 46 - 1 in favour of Usyk, I am going to be the man if Parker wins and the village idiot if he loses.

Usyk’s chin is too good for Parker’s better power to matter. Now, Dubois? He’s got big power and reasonably fast hands. Never know.

 

I’ll have to look at the odds if they fight. I might place a bet on Parker. If they fight and it turns out to be when Father Time comes for Usyk…

 

If Parker comes in heavy, Usyk could stop him. If Parker comes in light, decent fight but comfortable Usyk decision.

 

Usyk is better in every single way, except maybe slightly less power.

Wouldn't surprise me if Usyk had more reach too, can't be bothered checking.

But Usyk is old, so that's an issue. Upsets are very possible at any point now.

 

Parker’s chances are definitely better then 46 - 1 reflects.

 

There is nothing wrong with picking your fighter, but you will certainly be a legend if you are right!

 

I got to say this bulked up version of Parker looked very explosive for those 2 rounds we got to see. I think it’s 65/35 in favor of Usyk but Parker got a good chance at causing the upset.

Against Dubois Parker might even have a little mental edge now.

 

Think he wins 3-4 rounds.

 

46-1 doesn't mean Parker has a 1 in 47 chance of winning. It just means that 46 out of 47 people think that it is more likely for Usyk to win than Parker.
