He'll never be the same again. I've seen him in a few pictures and he looks old and gaunt in the face, he should really leave the game alone, he doesn't need it and the game doesn't need him. F*ck about making your family proud, your family already are, and they wouldn't want to see you hurt in the ring again. The man shouldn't be coming back, he has damaged himself to much and its starting to take its toll, you can see it in his face, he has been in some tough fights, ballooned between every fight and has had a very tough 3 years out, doing drugs. He's not just putting his boxing record and reputation on the line, this man is putting his life on the line, and if he's not careful.....he might loose it. And how bad will it feel, that you know, that he didn't have to come back!
No I just think his body looks strange, he looks really dry and his skin looks old, I dunno he just doesn't strike me as a healthy, fit athlete in the pic
Looks aged beyond his years, and warn out......."Thats what happens when you live a lifestyle of a smack head, who loves fast food and drink". He's in his early to mid 30's, and looks like a typical 45 year old, who plays 5 aside football weekly, has a diet which consists of processed food, and gets on the razz..? every-week. Its not all about looks, but your skin and eye's are sometimes a reflection of your health. Look at Carl Froch, in his mid-30's and he does not looked like a 45 year old, who plays five aside football and gets on the razz every weekend. [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Oh5KQh5tSqo[/ame]
Cannot understand how on earth people can judge Ricky from 1 pic. I mean, look at how Morales has looked at weigh in in his comeback fights and how well he's done.... Ricky has come back to the sport because he loves boxing and feels he has unfinished business. Just because he lost to the 2 best fighters of this era does not make him a bum with nothing left. The guy was suicidal after his loss to Pac. He's taken a long stretch away from the sport to assess where he stands and LEAST he deserves is a welcome back given his popularity during his prime. He's definitely got something to offer the sport. I reckon he can beat Senchenko and possibly Malignaggi so I'm all for his comeback.
I saw him on Thursday, getting out of his Bentley and although obviously fully clothed he looked in good shape. He was however sporting a nice black eye.
Lifestyle of a smackhead :rofl How many obese smackheads have you seen recently? He's just an ugly ****, loads of people have the runt of the litter/smackhead/ weathered look.. It just appears more prevalent among Scousers, Mancs & Scots.. Blame Ireland :deal Weathered Charlie Adam, aged 24. i immediately disregard posts from anyone that can't use lose/loose in the right context. hatton has taken the weight off gradually and if he wants to fight again he is entitled. he only lost to 2 of the greatest fighters of our time and i really don't think senchenko is a massive risk to his health. aside from fact that main reason for return is probably more about money/support for his promotional & managerial activities, its his right as a man and as a properly licensed professional boxer to put gloves on and fight.
Ricky Hatton was a drug addict. There are plenty of people who work 9-5, and on the weekend have to take coke as apart of their leisure time..? They are all drug addicts.
