How do you transfer weight forward on the jab

  1. What the above clearly demonstrates is how many different ways trainers teach boxing.

    Just to open the can of worms a little further. Some trainers advocate jabbing off a flat front foot and others off a front foot with only the toes on the canvas.

    flat front foot, knee bent, weight on the front foot and turn your hip into the shot.

    Then damage your ICL, Knee, plus the Hips on there own dont move.

    theres no time in a fight to throw the perfect left jab anyway so its irrelevant

    Thrust your hips forward as you jab and turn your palms up......it won't be great....but it would be hella funny!

    are you a scientist or a boxer ??? kinetics ???? are any there boxers thinking about cubic capacities while they are competing..............NO !!! DO YOU COMPETE OR THEORISE
