How does a possible Khan v Morales fight playout?

I don't think anyone other than Roach actually wants to see this fight. If Khan does beat Kotelnik and then choose to fight Morales afterwards, it would really discredit a brilliant achievement straight away. Let's not kid ourselves, at the stage a win over Morales is nothing more than padding to a record.

 

Pretty much what he said, if this fight happened I would understand how the Mexican fans felt when De La Hoya beat up an old Chavez.

 

the last thing i want to hear are those announcers claiming he outclassed another HOF fighter. this is nothing against khan b/c i abstain from the khan hate threads. i have nothing against him but when i heard those commentators saying he completely outclassed mab i was disgusted. give mab a rematch if you want a mexican legend on your resume.

 

this shows exactly what path they're gonna take khan down if they're putting him against an old washed up morales. seriously even the least intelligent of casual fans can't buy into this surely. It's bad enough seeing adverts on telly that show him as this great demolisher of all in front of him. the fact that he's on ppv is even worse. i hope this fight doesn't happen, fighting kotelnik is a decent way to go but ging after morales afterwards is plain COWARDICE. frank warren is a douche

 

Roach said he wants Khan to fight Marquez ater the Floyd fight. Is that cowardice too?

 

Morales needs to have a ****ing warm up at least so you can have some kind of idea where hes at

khan is basically still a figure of fun, but if he beats kotelnik hes a genuine world champ, and a guy who was past it the last the time he fought a few years ago should not be going into a fight with a world champ above his best weight

khan - mab rematch would be better, not that itd be great but im not convinced khan would have it all his way without the cut

 

no that would be ideal. Although i doubt that marquez would be interested theres bigger fights out there for him. But i would give props to them if that came off. why dont they go for a contender a LWW at least instead of picking on an old morales?

Morales would forget his zimmer and want to go for a sleep after a couple of minutes because he doesn't normally stay up late any more; Khan, Warren and Roach would proclaim it as a great victory and pretend Khan is the new Pacquiao and all Khans fans would say the same thing would happen if Morales was in his prime.

This would be a perfect fight for khan. I mean he only fights no body's or guys that are washed up. He's a glass jawed fraud.

 

there is no point in khan fighting moraels,moraels should not fight again, an old legend way past his best fighting at lightwelter, khan would get more **** than credit
if this fight does happen does it mean that khans people dont beleive in him and are just trying to set up a fight for as much money as they can get before he gets kayoed

Morales should just stay away from Boxing altogether. He was on a different planet to the Khan's of the world 7 years ago so why settle for anything less?
