How does Bernard beat Kovalev

    There's no chance in hell of a clean win IMO, and the only outcome in which Bernard comes out on top is through illegal tactics or prejudicial refereeing.

    So, how does roidnard win this fight, cuz he's certainly not gonna outbox or school Kovalev, and he can't last 12, or 6 for that matter without constant help from the ref.

    I been going through it all in my head and I just don't know how he could pull this of sometimes I think he could make kov miss widely but then I come to my senses and realise it just takes one shot landed and Hopkins could be in trouble

    I added poll.

    The only possible chance for victory is if the ref buys his crying about Sergey's hitting him low or behind the head.

    BHop is a master at turning his head purposefully in a clinch to get him behind it, and he's also a master at positioning the ref to not see where shots are landing.

    He could be banging away at Segey's balls for 10 straight shots, then Sergey lands on on the solar plexus, drops BHOp and he grabs his balls and gets Sergey DQD.

    Thats the most likely outcome. DQ win for Roidnard due to his mastery of positioning the ref from seeing Sergey's legal shots and his illegal ones.

    Most likely possibility is deliberate headbutts causing a major cut, crooked referee calls it a TKO win.

    Or.......somehow gets in Kovalevs head before the fight, frustrates the hell out him, Kovalev in turn gives an exceptionally poor performance where Hopkins uses every trick in the book to pull of a huge upset in a strange contest.

    It is the only way I see victory....but it is not impossible, remember Hopkins is still a master at his craft who usually takes away another mans strength in fights.

    However this would be some achievement vs Kovavlev!

    Kov beats BHOP by giving him no time to think.

    I can't see HOP cheating his way out, especially when so many people are predicting he will.

    Just watching the Caperello fight and Kov can get frustrated..In the first round anyway..before Kov battered him in round 2

    We all watch fights knowing a robbery will occur too, but ref's and judges are impervious to the powers that be.

    They do only what theyre paid to do. And if that's finding a way to aid Bernard in continuing his epic run, they'll find a way to cheat Kovalev off his throne.:think

    That's just stupid and makes no sense. If anything, HBO and the "powers that be" would want Bernard out of there. HBO execs are probably having wet dreams at the prospects of guys like Kovalev and GGG having successful runs.
