Hatton won a title at 147. Actually took a belt from a champion. That is something Clottey has NEVER done at 147 in his entire career. Hatton did it in his first fight.

Guererro? See above. Again, accomplished more in a few fights than Clottey did in a career at 147.

Judah was winning the early part of the fight. If it wasn't for the cut, he out-boxes Clottey. You obviously didn't even watch it. And again, Judah has accomplished more at 147 than Clottey ever has, or will.

Clottey didn't win jack at 147. His best title is the vacant IBF title he won for his fight with Zab. The man is a gate keeper. The fact Pacquiao fought him instead of Mayweather is one of the biggest ducks in the history of boxing.

if it was not for bla bla bla

I am making you look stupid i am not talking about what the fighters won i am talking about how they would fare if they fought each other

paulie had much more titles then porter when they fought didn't prevent him taking a massive beating

    ortz

    hatton 147

    guerrrio

all of them would lose badly against clottey unless you say those guys are better than Pacqauio and cotto(many had him even winning this fight)

Yes, Malignaggi also is more accomplished than Clottey. Porter is also more accomplished than Clottey.

Perhaps you guys shouldn't try to rate Clottey so high, considering he has done what exactly at 147?

What accomplishments? Ortiz a single top ten win, at 146. Guerrero zero Ring top ten wins, interim champ only. Hatton, single controversial win over fringe Collazo.

Yep. That's about more than what Clottey has done in his entire career at 147.

The fact that I can name accomplishments of guys who barely fought at 147 that exceed Clottey's is sad.

Interim champion? Great.... did Clottey ever do it? Nope.
Hatton? Controversial win over a fringe champion again is better than anything Clottey has ever done. He NEVER took a belt from a champion at 147, fringe or otherwise.
Ortiz... Took the WBC title from a champion. Again, something Clottey never accomplished.

Like I said: these are guys that barely entered the division, and they already accomplished more than Clottey. And I'm not saying these guys are anything special at 147 either. It's just to illustrate Clottey did JACK IN OVER 10 YEARS!

Yes. Floyd's ww resume is **** poor for a guy who's fighting at the weight for a whole decade.

Clottey isn't a better win or more accomplished then any of Mayweather's WW resume.

People need to actually look into some of these win's. You wanna argue Corrales 3/4 division's above his best, Judah coming off a KO loss an yr suspension, and Cotto off a KO loss with no trainer smh gtfoh.

Clottey is the same guy who has a loss to Carlos Baldomir.
In terms of career he'd be the worst WW on his resume next to Mitchell

Interim belt is nor a prize dummy, its not even a real belt. Clottey made former lineal champ quit quick like, that's better than needing barely getting by Collazo. Floyd had Clottey beating Cotto, that's better than anything these guys have done

    Look up these guys though:

Hatton, single controversial win vs fringe Collazo
Guerrero, no welter belts, 0 Ring top ten wins
Ortiz, 0 decent wins at 147 proper. Beat hypejob Berto at a catch weight, only top 10 win in his whole career, with many quit jobs

Clottey was lucky to get a ppv. He was there to make Pac look good. He was NEVER a threat simply cause he is not very good.

Clottey easily beat Corrales who was supposed to be floyd's greatest win.

    :lol::rofl
The same Chico who was pretty much done who was forced to move up to a weight he had no business at only because he could make 135 or 140 anymore? That Chico. Don't act like Chico was prime or that was a prime weight for him. Clottey's win over that version of Chico isn't even worth mentioning. I['d be embarrassed to even bring that up.
