I never got this logic. And i guess it always just showed how people hate a fighter, and show bias against Floyd.

I mean Mayweather started off as a Super Featherweight and went up as far as Light Middleweight. To fight the best Light Middleweight, which was De La Hoya at the time.

I mean its like a Middleweight getting blamed for fighting smaller opponents, because he fights a cruiserweight instead of a heavyweight.

    :patsch

i aint mad cause of that

Floyd is one of the best out there

but why does he decides to fight hatton or dela hoya

when he could have fought margarito, cotto mosley and any of the top welter rising thats what makes me mad

well him and DLH both started at 130 so really it not a lighter guy if you want to get down to it. hatton started his career at 140 10 lbs higher then PBF.

PBF was just more effective at 147 with his superior skill set and speed along with his underrated power

Oscar also started his career at 130.

Also... You are no longer a Super Featherweight... when you no longer weigh in at that weight. Floyd's body grew, and matured... he sure as hell couldn't make 130 if his life depended on it. He admitted after moving to 147 that he couldn't make 135 if he had to. The man admitted that he had to starve himself for 4 days to make 130 pounds. Not exactly what you would call a natural weight class.

But De La Hoya would take Margarito to school. And Margarito already stopped Cotto.

So Hatton was the bigger man when Floyd fought him? Using that logic. :admin

    sure i guess:D

he was shorter but clearly had a thicker build and i belive came in a few pounds heiver then PBF on fight night:good

his bone sturcture is bigger then pbf pbf is skinny. hatton naturally is around 160 or higher 190 when he indulges

thats how you cant tell the skilled fighters from the unskilled fighters. Guys like Margarito, Hatton, Pavlik ect have to have size advantages over other fighters to be great, guys like Mayweather and hop can fight at near any weight if they can make it.

He may have started at 130, but it's not like he belonged there for his whole career.

Just iike Robinson at lightweight or DLH at 130 and 135.

Mayweather wasn't especially big for the lower classes though. His frame wasn't that big and he wasn't one to put on a lot of weight after the weigh-in.

Hatton was more suited to 140 and Mayweather had the style/skills to adjust better to 147 (not that it would've mattered anyway, Floyd kicks his ass at 140 also).

Hatton was one of the fewer guys that moved up to fight Floyd though. Mayweather fought guys bigger than him more often than vice versa.

It's the figthers he avoids to face. But, yet carries an arrogance about it like he's better than them when he never faced them. Sounds a lot like Roy.
