Calzage has too much speed for Froch and wins comfortably, Carl hold his own with the rest although he may lose to some

Froch seems do do better than you'd ever expect, so it's tough to say. I can't see him beating Calzaghe though.

  3. I don't see how Benn especially at super middleweight could beat Froch personally. I like Froch by stoppage.

    Agree with everything else.

Hey man, care to speak more on Watson, Benn, Eubank? Would love to know what you like/don't like about their respective styles?

froch drops calzage him with the first shot he lands then loses the next 11 1/2 rounds

    ko's benn mid - late

i would think he beats collins but i dont think much of collins so more a fan pick

the other 2 would be close fights

  6. Flea man don't think you've responded, would like to know what you think :good

As much as i hate to say it, Cazlaghe would be a stylistic nightmare for Froch.

I think Froch would beat and possibly stop Benn. He has the size and power and...er skill to get Benns respect and keep him on the end of the jab, i think he has the chin to take what Benn dishes out, hed ahve to go through hell to do it, and i reckon he would.

Not sure about Eubank, Eubank was a smart fighter.

Not seen much of Collins or Watson.

If Froch was faster, id give him the nod over most guys. He seems to know what hes doing, but his handspeed is atrocious.

I think Froch deserves more credit, hes fought lots of tough opposition back to back.

Or he could have stayed in Nottingham and fed on bums like Tocker Pudwill and then challenge Ward when Ward was about 40 years old

If Dirrell had stood and traded with Froch he would of been ko'd. Thats why he chose to backpeddal non stop.
Dirrell was fast if not faster than Joe and with better technique.
Froch had zero respect for his speed or power and would of only been to happy if he came forward on him like Joe would have done.
Speed dont mean **** when your oppoent can punch hard through the openings and Calzaghe'd defence was wide open and mostly non existent.
    Carl late KO.

If Froch did that, stayed undefeated, defeated a 40 year old Ward by split decision, what would your opinion of him be?

I can see where your coming from.

There is a chance Froch could drop Calzaghe early and maybe finish him.

Yes calzaghe can adapt mid fight, but he seemed maybe a tad bit vulnerable in the first few rounds? Hopkins and Jones dropped him in the first round.

  12. It would the same opinion I have of Calzaghe!

    That he sucks?

    :D

  14. For me he spent too long at home avoiding the biggest challenges and yeah tried to fool the fans with a win over an old Roy Jones, ducked Dawson towards the end of his career etc..

I do think he was a good fighter though, with his workrate and awkward style he would of been a tough fight for anyone.

It's a tough group. Froch would split fights with a bunch of them. I favor Calzaghe over Froch pretty easy. I will feel better about the pick if Froch takes on Hopkins, and we see the result there. I favor Hopkins, as of now.

I don't really see how Froch is favored so often over Collins. Collins was craftier than at first he appears. I understand Froch is too, but that is why it is a pick em' fight for me. Am I overrating Collins?

I feel like Froch's chin is a bit overrated. Fast guys give Froch problems. We've seen that time and time again.
