How does Gary Russell Jr's speed compare to Meldrick Taylor?

The last time someone made a thread about which boxer had the fastest hands, the majority of people chose Meldrick Taylor. Now when I look at this kid Russell Jr, it's hard for me to say that he's slower than Meldrick. Keep in mind I only watched his latest fight with DeLeon, and I thought his speed was blistering.

Now for anyone that has seen Gary Russell fight, how would you rate his speed against Meldrick and the other all timers (Comacho Sr, Roy, SRL)?
