Obviously, the rematch would be the big question, as would how he was defeated (styles make fights, etc.). But MW is not deep so he'd have no problem continuing and likely getting another title shot. He's beaten better comp than anyone at 160, 1 loss doesn't wipe that out (or even 2 to the same guy).

not at all... i'm actually quiet confident.... pavliks power kinda concerns me .... but thats it.... if paul stands up to that everythign will be fine

    ok....

thats all you have to say?

    my bad

not as much.... williams still has 154 & maybe 147.... and even 160 later down the road

"The Ghost" you're going to see in the ring that night will be a version of the man that took JT's head off.

Kelly is no Andy Kolle or Winky Wright. He's going to be facing a different beast.

It is a bit unfair on walk with me to use facts in an argument.

Why won't you fight fair? :-(

This elite **** bugs me sometimes, these guys can beat each other on any given night. Paul Williams has been on top of his game lately, just like Pavlik was when he first won the belt.

I think it's going to be tough fight and both fighters will have too be in top shape, also training camp will have to be a smooth one especially for Pavlik because he seems to be the one that needs to get over a psychological hump.

It's not a comic book line.

Paul is a tall fighter, who doesn't fight tall. He bends at the waist, which is ok when you're fighting smaller fighters. Kelly fights tall.

He keeps his hands low and is open to the 1-2. No need to comment.

Paul throws a lot of punches, so does Kelly. However, Kelly throws with bad intentions. If Paul wants to put something on his, he'll have to dig in. This will slow down his output.

The highest weight Paul has fought and weighed is 160. That was back in 2000 and 2001. He weighed in under 160 for Winky. Kelly will be leaning on him using his body to bully him around. He'll have to deal with this the whole fight.

If Paul can stick and move, ala B-Hop, he can win. I don't see it.

there's a rematch clause in the contract.

so after williams KOs pavlik, pavlik's going to want another crack at williams.
