If Carwin couldn't KO Brock - Velazquez isn;t going to do it any time soon either. Velazquez has no chance to win this fight. Brock will take him down and maul him until he scores the TKO or possibly even submit him with an arm triangle because apparently that's his best submission.

Cain has no chance huh?? .... Well then I guess you know something the bookies dont because they have it as a pick' em fight.

    Ha, you are so transparent.

The only reason you say JDS is because he beat Werdum, who just so happened to have beat Fedor in 69 seconds.

Name 10 HW fighters outside of the UFC that are better than those in it?

So name these great HW's outside of the UFC? Fedor, Werdum, Overeem (on potential, not record), and........

Which of those 3 would be UFC champ? Fedor is a good bet; Werdum is proven not to be, and Overeem is going to have to beat more than the Brett Rogers of the world; as soon as he gets put on his back by a Cain, Carwin, Mir, or especially Lesnar it's over.

So 3 HW's outside of the UFC, and that makes the UFC "all hype" you are an absolute moron

I like Caine in this fight. I think he is a more explosive puncher than Carwin if not as 'heavy' handed. I therefore think he is more lilley to one punch KO Brock than carwin was. If CV hurts Broc: back off. If brock goes down: let him get up, if Carwin had done that he would be champ right now. In other words keep it standing and at range at all times. Defending the takedown however is a different matter and is the absolute key issue with reguards to who wins this fight and how.

I like Cain a lot, but he is quite a bit smaller.

If he had more power, he would be a much better bet, but he has less power than Carwin.

I think, or at least hope, that it turns into a technical wrestling and grappling battle like Coleman vs Van Arsdale. I think Brock eventually gets dominate position and ends it round 2 or 3.

seriously mate u sound like one of the sheep yourself with your hate for dana leading you towardz ignorance

i understand that this mate i really do as i myself cant stand him and i could list the many reasonz why.

the fact is ALL of the TOP MMA fighterz in the world that particapate in current MMA fightz and do well will eventually get ROCONIZED after they climb up the LADDER

the fact is NOT all of these fighterz will sign with the UFC and or STAY with the UFC

that doesnt mean the heavyz in the UFC are all HYPE.

it meanz one thing. it meanz that there are some pretty dam good heavyweights not in the UFC right now and some pretty dam good heavyweightz in it and thatz all

brock will probably win this withing 2 rounds via gnp... if cain can last after that, then it will become a toss-up. brock's stamina has always been suspect...

btw, i also favor brock over JDS...

Two top wrestlers collide. Lesnar is bigger and stronger. Naturally you would expect Cain to have the qualities of a smaller fighter i.e. better stamina, co-ordination etc I wonder who is a better wrestler technically and in an MMA environment. I think Brock is more explosive in changing position, passing guard etc but Cain can fight at a high pace more consistently. Stand up might be a neutraliser. Cain showed against Nog he has some serious pop but I still think if Brock lands a big right hand then it will hurt.

We expect Brock to brutalise Cain but little old Randy was using good technical ability coupled with a good strategy to hold off Brock. For spells he was able to pin him on the fence and be in control. Cain can do this but I fear his chin is questionable, even if backed by a big heart, and he will be wrestling an explosive strong man who even if Cain is fitter he will have to work harder.

Cain's going to win this and i think alot of fans here are going to be surprised at how easy he does it.
