how does marquez keep popping them speedbags?

    24/7 showed him do it on 2 different occasions. I've been beating the speedbag for years and never had it pop on me. have you?

    Well i have been trying as well but i took a sip at my **** and i was able to rip the heavybag from the ceiling as well as popping the speedbag. I guess its true you should try it.

    its not a cheap speed bag what he did the first time was a left uppercut, however he punched through the bag leaving the bag stuck between his fist and the platform for the speed bag thats how it busted.
