He hasn't yet jumped off of his " bum of the month " campaign, but how does today's version of Moorer do against the current title holders/contenders?

Doesnt look good. I know someone who knows him well, and he is basically broke, living in an apartment, so he is fighting for money more than anything. His chin was never good enough for the heavyweights and now that the fighters are even bigger than his era he has less chances. Moorer was argueably the greatest lightheavyweight of all time though.

You're thinking of Tommy Morrison, another famous 1990s Heavyweight making an ill-advised comeback.

Based on what? His WBO belt and his lack of real elite opposition (not his fault though) at the weight?

i think moorer has more of a decent chance than any other comebacker.

he is quick for his size good jab takes body punches well.....cant say about his chin but his defence has defeinatly improved his power is amazing and he is one of the few southpaw heavywiehgts which is rare for the top elite.

it's hard to say on any former champion coming back but he has a good chance if peop;e want tp make a name for themselves then moorer looks the easy option. he doesnt have the chin which a heavy slugger wanting some cred would want.

it's good that holy and moorer are at the same time. you either pick the old and beaten ex champion evander or the small younger but weak chinned mike moorer.
