    During the rematch, while a change in Pacquiao was evident, so was there in Morales. Although Morales won the fight first time around his body went through hell again. Even when Morales won well against McCullough and In-Jin Chi he tended to make it harder for himself, liable to indulge in crowd-pleasing exchanges rather than using his fine jab and swift feet.

    One of the first things that Ted Spoon noticed in the rematch was that Morales was moving about slower. Credit to Pacquiao, perhaps he was prepared to dismantle any version of 'El Terrible', but it needs to be said that he was not firing on all cylinders.
