Wrong wrong wrong Shane was knocking out welters he just couldnt dent the big welters like Forrest and when he moved up to Jr Middle he was dealin with Winky etc..... Floyd is not winky and he sure isnt Forrest nor is he a big welter like I said Floyd officialy beat an aged DLH by a single point SD a prime Mosley dominated DLH That version of Mosley not only hurts Floyd but finishes him to
This is how I'd rank his wins since moving up to 140- significant wins against his best opponents: De La Hoya Mosley Hatton good wins against limited/average opponents: Gatti Baldomir Ortiz Judah Corley insignificant wins, for obvious reasons: Marquez Mitchell Bruseles Ortiz was wild and reckless against Berto, very very wild. Floyd WILL make him pay. I'm predicting an early-mid rounds KO, unless Floyd decides to carry Ortiz. The win would be Gatti level. I'd rank Baldomir as a greater win, he was a much more established welter, hadn't lost in 9 years, was lineal champ. Judah also ranks above it. It's better than Corley.
Judah: don't know, couldn't imagine it lower than 5 after one fight from lineal champ himself Baldomir: lineal champ Hatton: #5 P4P JMM: #2 P4P Mosley: #3 P4P, #1 welter Ortiz: #2 welter Not bad...
The odds on mayweather vs delahoya and vs hatton were in favour of floyd but not massively because they were close fights and rightly so. There's a reason Mayweather is an 8 to 1 favourite here. I'd rate Ortiz above Baldomir Marquez and equal with mosley. Hatton and DeLa Hoya were far tougher opponents. However saying that, we do have to consider that floy may have declined himself a little bit which could mae it interesting
Shane: Ortiz = better JMM: Ortiz = better Hatton: Ortiz = about even De La Hoya: Ortiz = better Baldomir: Ortiz = better
