He's still a great fighter at his best. He has good skills. I can't wait to see him vs Ortiz.

I really love the way that OP has worded all of AJ's opponents in the most negative way possible btw.

    Clear bias against AJ.

Wallin is the same level as Hughie Fury, a good fighter and nothing more, he lacks punching power, people overestimate him for one great round against Fury...

I'd strongly favour Usyk and Wlad to beat Wallin but I thought Usyk would beat Chisora more comfortably, he's never fought anyone like Wallin and active younger champion Wlad had plenty of trouble with 6'5+ southpaw SHW Tony Thompson.

Povetkin turned 39 three weeks prior to the AJ fight. I think Povetkin is overrated and Wallin would beat him more often than not but it's a good fight, I wouldn't be surprised if Povetkin won.

Parker has some talent but he's poor in practice. Life and death with Takam, Ruiz, Hughie, Whyte, Fa, Chisora. Lacks determination and killer instinct, which Wallin does not lack at all. Never fought a southpaw. Wallin is taller and longer. Wallin wins an 8-4 UD.

Motivated Ruiz couldn't quite beat Parker. He scraped past Liakhovich in reality. Never fought a southpaw. Incredibly stubby and leaden-footed. Wallin takes him to school.

Whyte is slow, technically crude, prone to gassing, weak chinned, short, never fought a southpaw. Whyte had not beaten anyone when he gave AJ hell back in 2015. Wallin takes any version of Whyte to school, which is why prime Whyte ducked him (despite having home and A-side advantage and wanting an activity fight).

You should have included Charles Martin, that's the only one I'm confident he'd beat. I honestly have no idea how good this guy is, I'm leaning towards nothing special. It would have been nice to see him against Whyte.

Wallin has to be the most overrated HW. Couldn't even make a close fight vs Sokolowski

There is no bias in that presentation, it's an objective assessment of the known facts. There are no abstract or unprovable claims: I didn't include Pulev having Covid because there's no evidence beyond his own word. Whyte's alleged shoulder injury isn't there either.

If I was describing Usyk or Fury's opponents it wouldn't look like this because for the most part they weren't fighting opponents in their late 30's, fighting with home advantage or fighting with A-side advantages against inactive, late substitutes or untrained opponents.

Wallin took no damage and got 8 easy rounds in. A phoned in performance against a journeyman is irrelevant.

Ironically non-green Martin and non-green Whyte both avoided him. I'm not going to include a green Martin who barely landed a punch on AJ if at all and dived to the canvas as soon as he took a clean punch, Breazeale at least gave AJ some resistance and went 7 rounds.

Also lost several rounds vs plodding journeyman Brezeale, who would be better suited to fight Alen Babic than anybody on this list.

Babic should stick to fighting the Balski's and Spilmont's of the world rather than anyone 6'7, 260 lbs, who is tough, rugged and can punch. Actually, Babic needs to drop back down the levels fast because the aforementioned domestic level guys almost chinned him.

Ruiz in the first figt V AJ displayed better handspeed, power and combos than Wallin.

The punches Ruiz hurt AJ with were harder than Wallins punches.
