Each Pacquiao vs x thread should come with a roll of toilet paper so they can wipe their pussies after coming up with a generic Pacquiao can't win fantasy fights.

When Pac was going up in weight, people were saying that Pac would lose to everyone. When he moved up to light weight, people said that Pac would lose to diaz because diaz is an excellent body puncher and Pac is in his territory. Pac destroyed him. Same thing happened when ODLH challenged Pac to a fight. Majority of so called boxing experts and people who " laced it up " predicted that ODLH will KO Pac in less than 5rds. Pac made him quit. When Pac fought hatton, People said the same thing. Pac will get destroyed by Hatton because of Hatton's sheer aggression and body punching and combined with Floyd Sr.'s teachings and showed improvement when he fought Mallignaggi and since Hatton hasn't been beat at 140, people say Pac doesn't stand a chance. Pac toyed with him like a sparring partner. Same thing happened when Pac fought Cotto. most people again said Pac will lose because Cotto is a tremendous body puncher, a very good boxer puncher with an excellent jab and a very good right hand and was only stopped by Margarito who most likely used cement inside his gloves when they fought. Pac outboxed Cotto and beat the crap out of him.

I pointed those out because people underestimate Pac so much it's ridiculous and everytime somebody says something like Pac's gonna be beat by X boxer, he proves them wrong. Now, I won't get in to details on how Pac beats those opponents you mentioned because there is no way one could say how Pac will beat those guys. Same thing how so called boxing experts and " people who boxed ' said Pac would lose to his past opponents. Pac has a good team behind him. Roach is good at breaking down Pac's opponents and Pac is a machine. Pac also has Ariza as his conditioning coach that gets Pac in tremendous shape to help him deal with his opponents.

This also applies to Floyd just to answer your question.

@Devildoc, thanks for the reply. Looking at your points, I appreciate what you're saying in regards to critics doubting Pacquiao as he scaled the weights, picking against him and giving him no chance of beating larger opponents. But to be fair, that was at a time when he was un-established at the higher weight classes, whereas now he is, winning titles at both 147 and 154. If you had asked a typical fan in 2007 who would win between Pacquiao and Tszyu at 140 P4P they would have laughed at you and said 'Kostya by brutal KO'. But now, most sane fans would pick Pacquiao. Why? Because he's established himself at 140 and higher. It's maybe not reasonable, but understandable, to pick against Pacquiao when he's fighting at a weight that he has not yet fought at before, but when we're matching him up against Hearns and Leonard at 146 (A weight Pacquaio is established at) we can make picks based on skills and abilities, instead of size like critics did back when Pacquiao was smaller.

I think Pacquiao is good enough to beat several boxers on that list, but he would lose to some and I don't see the point anymore of the 'Pac loses any fantasy match-up, blah blah blah' point.

I don't really get all this fantasy match up with PAC but if you really want to put it that way then why don't you take all the fighters that you mention and make them go up 5-6 weight class and pit them against some ATG fighters. There goes your answer.

It cannot be proven true that Pac will lose to those opponents because it will never ever be proven because it will never happen. Well of course if Leonard decides to fight Pac NOW of course Pac wins this hands down but to say Pac gets beat by Leonard or vice versa is impossible to prove.

Let's say we are in 2007... real PAC fantasy fight that could happen

PAC vs Hatton = Hatton KO by body shot

PAC vs Dela Hoya at welter = Dela Hoya would toy with PAC and murder him

PAC vs Cotto = pleaseeee....only a ****** would think otherwise

PAC vs Clottey = Clottey by KO...to big for PAC

    PAC vs Margarito at 150 = again...please

PAC vs Mosley at welter = Mosley by murder

PAC always get murder in fantasy fight. Win or lose all those fights are just fantasy so it'll never be real.... I'd say they all KO PAC.

Eh? Pacquiao is a Welterweight and he's being pitched against mostly Welterweights in this thread. The great thing about Pac is that he fought at so many weights, you can make match ups with greats at just about all of them.

So there's basically no point in doing fantasy match-ups ever, right?

    That's just ****ing boring :yep
