In 169 fights, legend Tommy Loughran had only 14 KO wins.

His biggest so-called 'KO' win was because of Senchenko's eye was cut and completely closed, so the referee stopped the fight.

Other his KO's could be the same.

He didn't used to be known as Paulie "Hands of Pasta" Malignaggi.
Used to be "Arms of Cannoli".

paulies early ko's are because he's fighting low level guys and he is putting all his weight into his punches when he sees the guy is a bum.
    very slow looking punches.

vs lozado he was just winning easily getting hit a zillion times and the ref stopped it.

takes guts to fight when you have little power. Power isn't the end all be all of boxing but it can be a huge asset (sometimes the only one that matters).

There was a boxing writer (can't remember who) but he described Pualie fighting with very limited power as "bear hunting with a knife".
