Pulev by late TKO. Puelv has the jab,the chin,the overall skill. Ustinov is a fat, slower Vitali wannabe. Pulev is one of the guys I consider a serious threat to Wladimir.
Pulev on the cards or Ustinov's corner throws in the towel. Pulev's footwork is so much better than Ustinov's, he will have Ustinov spinning like a top.
Pulev on points probably winning it by 2 rounds. If Pulev gets through that he'll have had very good prep for the Klitschko shot having got past Dimitrenko and Pulev within the last year. That would be 2 genuine top 20's with the same size as Klitschko taken out which can't hurt his chances. Ustinov wont be easy though. I felt he would have walked Adamek down and stopped him if that's who he faced instead.
I favor Pulev to win by UD. Given what we know about Pulev's power and Ustinov's chin, a KO is exceedingly unlikely.
I think this will prove a tight fight at first with the rounds pretty even at first. Pulev with the edge techingue wise using the nice jab of his to keep The Iron Chinned KO Machine at bay, but as always Pulev's lack of activitey will keep Ustinov well within these opening rounds. Ustinov with his sheer brute force and chin will be attempting to walk Pulev down throughout the fight and he will have mixed success with this early on. The fight remains tight going into 11th round then WALLOP! Ustinov has put Pulev down, he's back up at the count of 8! But is looking unsteady. BANG, BANG! Nice one two from Ustinov here as he puts the Bulgar down again. Pulev's up! Only 24 seconds lift to survive! Like a beastly bull seeing red Ustinov is in there after him. He's banging to the body, banging to the head, left right, left right, I DON'T THINK HE'S GOING TO SURVIVE. 10 SECONDS TO GO. pULEV'S CORNER THROW IN THE TOWEL!!!!!!! Pulev by unanimous decision. I dont see him toppling the 300lbs'er. Pulev isnt particularly powerful.
