I can see this fight playing out like Carmona vs Inoue. Santiago is tough as nails with a great chin and is quite skilled. He doesn't have much pop though, I could see this fight going 12 and Santiago being tricky and hard to hit. Inoue probably wins a 9-3, 8-4 type decision.
