How does someone as slow as Margarito have a chance against Pac??

    For pac's sake he better hope margarito's chin has been weakened from that ass kicking. If not this could upset the car abit. Either way margarito only knows one way to fight, he will come straight at the guy with that high workrate regardless. Its a matter of how long his chin will hold up.

    No, we always thought that Margs had no chance against PAc or Floyd lol... We knew he had a chance against Shane, PW, Clottey and Cotto lol...

    Your fanboy ass can assume, but you don't know that for a fact.
    Yeah, Pac is also smaller and not as good an inside fighter as Cotto. So if Margo can get close and has just a single round like the 7th round of the Cotto fight then Pac is in serious ****.

    I also think that Pacquiao has this in the bag but you gotta take note that it's gonna be a new weight not to mention that Margarito has the weight and height advantage and longer reach to add to that (correct me if I'm wrong).

    Well, just cover your face with arms for 12 rounds with no counter-offense whatsoever and you're good to go.

    Somebody lasted the distance with Pac using that strategy.

    I will probably go see this fight live; although I personally dont give margo much of a chance; partly because of things that have already been said in this thread(lack of speed, knowing only one way to fight, etc, et al), but also MOSTLY because I think the whole "brickfist" controversy has probably really hurt his self confidence. Dont know exactly why I think that, just call it a hunch
