How does Tyson Fury fair in the 1970s?

Well at least you’re honest here but have seen multiple posts of you saying Mike Tyson is the H2H goat. So who in your mind beats Fury then?

 

But Fury fighting at the highest level in the 1970s would definitely spend a lot of time in America.

Either way, it would be extremely hard for him to come back the same way he did in real life.

 

Yes, I see Mike as the H2H GOAT, meaning I see him having the best results overall if all the top HWs were to all fight each other. But that does not mean Tyson would win every fight, nobody can do that.
As for who beats Fury, it's hard to say, but perhaps guys like Lewis or Vitali.

I think the guys that will give him the most trouble and potentially beat him are Liston, Lewis, Vitali and Fury. Perhaps even Foreman, but less so, since he is slow.

 

Is Liston faster than Foreman? I don't think so

 

Speed seems about the same, but Liston is more skilled and his delivery mechanism is way better, he doesn't have those looping telegraphed punches like Foreman had.
