You can't just get off the couch and look like that, of course he pumps iron. Some guys just don't get affected by weight draining or do it properly. They gradually cut and not just dump 10/15 pounds overnight.
A friend of mine never works out yet he is still muscle toned. I think some people are just naturally muscular.
Part of genetics. Being part black tends to help you put on muscle a little easier, though most people with good genetics can usually arrive at the same ends with a lot of work. It's like how white guys often look fat at 12% bodyfat and black guys don't. They'll both look jacked at 8%.
