sure. u must have forgot about all the athletes oh wait, u probly complain about them on Caste Football.
I would say on average an in shape black guy looks better than an in shape white guy. Jeff Lacy never lifted a weight in his whole life, he was a combination of genetics and obviously a high fitness level. Haye was the same, I'm sure he didn't lift much or at all.
wow, another pic from your stash of black men :rofl. i aint gonna sit here and post pics of muscular men. so carry on :hi:
You must live around weak whites, besides it's easy to look ripped when your skin is dark. Even black body builders tan up before competition to look as shiny as possible...it shows muscle definition better. Btw haye is half white and jeff lacy also did 100's of push ups sit ups dips etc you don't need weights to get ripped
:rofl why so defensive? ull fit in perfect on Caste Football :deal nah, u cool tho. a hater, but u cool.
Yeah all black people in Africa are the same. They all looked like that, especially before slavery. Africa has the most genetic diversity found anywhere. There was only certain parts of Africa where black Americas African ancestry originates. The physiques are very different. I'm cut and muscular and I don't work out at all. I do not know the tribe, they are known for their height. I believe they do well as long distance runners.
Selby said he does chin ups with weights attached to him. Said his impressive in physique but needs a shape up.
Lacy said in an interview he'd never lifted a weight in his life, but it's bull**** according to people who have seen him in the gym.
Yuriorkis isn't "African", he's mixed race. Those guys in the pic are, what, East Africans? All those guys are skinny and tend to live in countries where food is scarce. West Africans (which I would assume Gamboa is partly) tend to be more muscular and stocky. It's like the difference between Thais and Mongolians. Both Asians, but both very different physically. Gamboa obviously has very good muscle building genetics, especially around his abs. Couple that with extremely hard work and probably a bit of supplementation et voila, Mr Turtle Abs.
You are not muscled, no race on the planet is "naturally muscled". It defies physics. Most likely you are a little skinny guy with wirey arms and a bird chest
