it really was kind of close.. Green won by 3 rounds I would say.. both had some moments.. in all honesty it was mostly a feinting contest with both fighters feinting a lot. He might be saying that because the fight played out differently that he thought it would with Green backing up most of the time and countering rather than coming forward like he always does. BJ was the one coming forward most of the time so that might be part of why he fealt that way

It was competitive, but Green won clearly. Flores landed far too few power punches, and seeing as he was the one not landing the punches, he should have realized how not close he was to winning. Also, when he tried to jump on the ropes he slipped the first time. What a douche. Looks like Pluto from The Hills Have Eyes.
Yep, just coming forward is not a category for scoring points, its AFFECTIVE AGGRESSION that is needed, quite clearly he was not AFFECTIVE while coming forward as he got countered all night long. At least he had a go though not like that last tomato can that green fought.
