How far back has the Simpson loss put Lindsay back ?

    they were blowing smoke up his arse and telling him he would be fighting for a world title etc? so whats folk's opnion on how far back this has put his title ambtion

    i think maybe a year or so ...

    i can't see him fighting for a world title anytime soon. maybe he'll take a confidence builder or go straight for a simpson rematch or smith fight.

    i don't see any easy routes to a world title right now.

    In my mind he wasn't anywhere near ready for title contention, so I don't think its set him back. He needs to get himself back into contention for the British title more importantly.

    Not much IMO.

    It's just a wake up call..... he needs to be more active.

    I don't think there's much to split any of Smith, Simpson and Lindsay..... some good fights in the next year hopefully.

    Wont win a world title based on anything Ive seen. His best win is against Paul "The Punchbag" Appleby.

    I think it could do him the world of good and can see him coming back better and stronger for it. hope he does anyway won a fan in me last night in defeat. true gent

    John Simpson will prove in 2011 that hes the best featherweight in the UK and go on to win the Euro title and hopefully fight and win a world title
