Just judging by what we seen. How far can he go?

He's 5'7 and look like he can fight at 140. I honestly don't know if he can survive 147. With the fighters these days at 147, Broner will be lacking a height and size advantage. But if he stays at 140, I think he can be a future Hall of Famer.

He has the talent to be an elite, A level fighter. Whether he is beloved and makes it into the HOF depends on the quality of opposition he faces. Unfortunately, with Mayweather as his role model, he will probably somehow not make as many big fights as actually get made.

He idolises Mayweather but seems to be lacking in what is Mayweathers most important quality- Floyd is extremely hard work. He will have a Prince Nassem like career at absolute best.

From what i've seen thus far, he has B+ level fighter written all over him. The only thing A-level about him is his power. And we can't be all too sure how well that will translate to the higher weight classes. There's also a BIG question mark when it comes to intangibles, Heart, Endurance, Durability, Stamina, etc.

If Andre Berto decided to adopt a half-assed bootlegg version of the shoulder roll (like Broner), they would be practical clones of one another.

He can be a PFP #1 and crack the ATG list top 50.

There is nothing I've seen from Broner to conclude that he isn't anything but a hard worker.

Sky's the limit for everyone with skills. I think it all comes down to his ability to take a punch (or punches) and if he has the heart of a champ (willing to not quit when he is taken to the edge). But with todays promotional management, they can make many champs seem more that what they really are.

What about when he couldnt be arsed to lose weight for his fight against Escobedo and was eating chocolate bars beforehand.

Why would he try to get down if he had out grown the divison? That makes no sense. He didn't make weight told Escobedo that he couldn't and offered him a career high payday to take the fight at a higher weight, Escobedo accepted.

    What is the crying about?

It isn't even like Broner was fat and clearly out of shape, he just outgrew the division.

And be successful? 140? Might get some big wins at 147.
