I think the Jones scare was exactly what he needed, all looked too easy for him up until that point and he was just doing enough, was becoming a bit boring.

Last night's fight was no test but we'll see over the next few fights if he really has what it takes. Hopefully he takes his diet and training seriously now and goes a long way.

Come on then...While Kell Brook talk is very live in the Brit forum.

How far can the lad go at elite world level if he improves more an more fight by fight with his new diet and training methods?

****ing hell. Well fed and nutritioned Kell Brook is becoming the mythical force that is "Well Prepared Kev Mitchell"

He's nothing special and this Argentine got stretched because he was 100% ****. Kell will get beat as soon as he steps up to a level past domestic (which is all Carson Jones was and he got a draw)

The guy is also a massive queen.. He needs to just come out and stop bumming men on the sly.. "Ooh I'd do Pacquiao oooh yeah!" How about Hearn makes a fight between Brook and Marquez, or against Mathysse, or Maidana, even Soto-Karass would be a step up.
