The guy eats whatever he wants and doesn't gain. A stick with arms.

Um, he eats very little, therefor he weighs very little.

People that argue they can eat what they want and not gain weight are just ridiculous.

trying to get that across to a mate of mine at the moment who wants to "bulk up" with his "body builder" friends , but he cant because he has a high metabolism and cant gain weight NO matter what he does.

I hazard a guess hes not even close to doing the right thing but rather than listen to people its " iv tried everything to put to put on weight but im naturally skinny"

If your in England and a AM boxer try to fight in either the 54,57 or 60 at the most weight divisions. Anything over that and the boys are alot bigger and will natrually be stronger

How can you tell what his build is like or how strong he is? Do you equate height to strength?
It's really quite foolish how so many in the boxing world try to encourage the athletes to drain themselves to get to an unnatural weight just to gain an advantage that won't make anywhere near as much a difference on performance as being hydrated and fuelled up would.
Train hard, eat well and if you fall a little bit over a weight class then sure, lose a kilo or two of water weight for the fight. But when you see lean people trying to drop 5 kilos to make a weight class because of their lack of height it's just ridiculous.
You look at lots of top Russian boxers and they're often shorter and softer than their opponents but instead of focusing on beating the scales they focus on beating their opponents.
