How far down has Jack Lowe brought down Pavlik?

    unless loew had the magic power of making pavlik faster, it isn't his fault.

    pavlik just isn't very good. a 45 year old hopkins embarrassed him for god's sake.

    True, but you would think that Lowe would have worked with Pavlik and taught him how to cut off the ring.
