I think that he'll end his career at 147.

    Definitely not 147. Never ever.

    135 -- almost guaranteed.
140 -- maybe at the end of his career.

Um, why not? Loma is a relatively skinny guy. He can fill out and be a small welter.

This. If he could get on the IV’s like Mayweather with a similar... supplement regimen then 147 no problem. But the drug testing agencies watch guys like Loma a tad closer than most. And he doesn’t have the natural build for 147. He’ll move up and unify at 135 then MAYBE 140 later on.

I can see him beating a 140lb WC, like a Burns or something and calling it a day.

This. I don't see him becoming a star at 130, 135, or 140. Loma should try to get Broner at 140 and then get a fight with Garcia. A Broner fight would get Loma a good payday and help sell a fight between him and Garcia.

Why not? Because he's a skinny guy. :) His shoulders are not that wide at all, his legs are spindly. It's not that easy just to put on some muscle. It's about your genetics, your metabolism, how your body works.
And Loma also needs his speed, he needs to be able to "fly" all 12 rounds. Also the power of his opponents even at 135 could be a problem.
