had he not retired from boxing? I reckon he would have got to European level, because he was a talented boxer.
He had long arms and heavy hands and an unorthodox style, and would've been awkward for anyone really.
I enjoyed watching him box. I would have thought he could have challenged for a world title, possibly even picked one up if the stars had aligned just right.
The lad got outboxed against Sam Webb. I think that put an end to any world title asparations he had.
