How fast is Cotto ?!

    Im not a Miguel Cotto fan, i was sick was Mosley didnt get the decision as I felt he should have.

    But watching him against Gomez tonight...where has this speed come from ?

    Honestly, looks like a different fight. Immense speed.

    Has he always been like that, have I overlooked him before ?

    His speed has improved and The limited Gomez is amplifying the fact.

    His hand speed is pretty good, but it's his ability to anticipates his opponent's attack which makes him look a lot quicker than his actual speed. He slip his opponents punches and move in at the same time while throwing punches thats what makes it hard for his opponent to avoid.

    He's developed his fighting instincts over time, and this edge in reaction time has really helped him fight faster a result.

    he's always been a lot faster than people give him crediit for.
