15 fights in two years seems a fair pace for most fighters. Normally within three years a top draw fighter is beating at least a fringe contender. Warren (Sports Network) used to be excellent at getting their prospects fighting regularly. I think the problem now a days is the Internet, somebody sees and comments publicly on every single second of a fighters career. And no matter who, everyone has bad moments in their career development, and very often the criticism a fighter receives is far too harsh. I just hope everyone of our Olympians who has turned pro, have their own individual plan, as everyone of them will develop at a different pace, and sometimes it is lesser known of the starters who become the bigger stars (e.g. Whitaker over Taylor and Breland; Holyfield over Biggs).
