Even though anything is possible in Boxing, don't really expect this to happen unless a freak accident occurs in the ring. Algieri, who also lacks power, is stylistically designed for Khan's style to look impressive against. He wasn't picked for nothing. The only way things could turn is if Algieri does hurt Khan with a single shot.
Algieri cannot outpoint Khan and he almost never KOs anyone. I cant think of a way he can win this fight. He should pray Khan injures himself during the fight. Theres a reason why Khan opted in for him.
Algieri is obviously a cherry pick for Khan. While he can still say "that guy went 12 rounds with Pacquiao and outpointed Provodnikov", Algieri possesses no threat to Khan at all. I also believe Khan is ducking Brook. He looks for the safest way to hereon get a Mayweather fight. (I hope Floyd chooses Brook )
In his last one or two fights, Mayweather is only going for recognizable names and Brook definitely(yet sadly) isn't one of them.
Brook himself wants no such thing. Money down the drain. He'll be rooting for Khan despite their mutual dislike, much like Malignaggi was hoping for Hatton to not **** the bed against Senchenko (as he did)
