How good are your reflexes or reaction times in Milliseconds?

    I understand what you mean mate, but what I meant is that the starting point is specific to the movement involved. In other words the only thing that'll get you to counter faster is practicing countering. The only thing that makes you react faster to the starting gun is reacting to the starting gun. Most neurological adaptations do not cross over.

    I'm not saying you should quit doing it, you should just realize its shortcomings. If it keeps you sharp, who am I to say it's no good. I like running, but I don't expect it to improve my cardiovascular endurance. I do it because it makes me feel good, I feel it benefits my recovery. **** anyone who says it's no good.

    I usually just have my buddy throw bricks at my face from a maximum of 3 feet away. Every time I get hit he adds a nail to the brick.

    This is funny because I vaguely remember Ali saying he would get his brother to throw stones at him as he stood up against a wall.
