Billy Joe looked very impressive, combinations to both the head and body. He had speed , pop in his punches and looked very good. I can not wait to see him against better opposition.
He seemed to be a division bigger than the other guy but a very impressive performance none the less.
Hammond is a blown up light middleweight, but he's still a decent operator. Saunders is now showing why people were picking him as the best 'Olympic' prospect after their first couple of pro fights.
I am glad Warren has said that Saunders will be fighting again in July, hopefully they will keep him active for the next year or so then step him up in class a little more.
Saunders should fight the winner of Martin Murray-Nick Blackwell next month..which is an excellent fight.
:deal agree with keeping busy..but i think he's ready for ATLEAST the english title, Which is vacant.
He probably is but theres no harm in building him a little first, he is good enough to beat whoever picks it up anyway, he is young and dosent need to rush thing.
