Hoping for the stoppage but i think it goes 12, Avalos is a huge step up for him we'll see how he stacks up against guys like Frampton.
I think Avalos going up two divisions from Super Bantam to Super Feather may prove to be too much and Valdez will stop him because of that, not because I think Oscar is a big KO artist.
one class, his last fight was at feather, and he's fought at feather a couple of times. if valdez stops him it's still impressive.
I didn't realize Avalos had fought since the Frampton loss, regardless the Filipino kid he fought at FW doesn't prepare him for Valdez. And like you I am hoping for a stoppage something about Avalos annoys me.
He's fought at FW before that too. I'm not hoping for the stoppage because Avalos annoys me, I'm a big Valdez fan, and he deserves 100% credit if he gets the stoppage. Avalos came in at like 126 1/4 in his last fight too so technically he's fought at SFW, though I dont believe that if you're fighting 1-2 pounds over your weight that you should be considered a SFW.
