Is he an interesting young fighter with a lot of future? How good is he? Could he stay in the Top5 of the division for a lot of time?

You got to say that was an extremely impressive performance, given his level of experience to date.

I dont think he would. Witter didn't look very focused, got knocked down and only lost by a split decision.

If they fought again i think witter would would be more focused, make sure he doesn't get knocked down again, and do enough to win on points. Everybody can have a bad fight, doesn't mean they are a bad fighter, shot etc... Even though he's getting a bit old I still think witter wins a rematch.

I didn't say that you thought so.

I was talking about what I thought.

bradley wins the rematch, witter not being focused is a b.s excuse,a world title fight on terrestrial tv,screened in the u.s&a stepping stone to a mega fight shoulda been motivation enough,he got beat simple as.

Thats a poor argument to use, how many people on this site thought that Witter won the fight? Split Decision was a joke, the fight wasnt even all that close.

I don't know who would win a rematch but Witter does not deserve one. According to many of us, this fight wasn't even close. And as in the case of Quintana-Williams, there wasn't much excitement, so the rematch is not at all an exciting thing, and Witter has to put something on the table first to deserve a shot at the title...

I'm sorry... but Bradley's got better things to do unless they offer him very good money.

How good is Bradley? It wasn't the right fight to answer that. He looks like a good, intelligent boxer with decent speed, good counter-punching abilities, good movement and stamina and decent power. But it really was his pure boxing style that made him the winner, and he's not a super-skilled pure boxer - just good enough to avoid Witter's awkward bombs. There are other B+ fighters who can do that(Ngoudjo) and some A- would still lose to Witter (like Harris). It's really the question whether you can adapt to Junior's style or not.

I guess a fight vs. the elite should answer the question, I'd like to see him vs. Kotelnik, maybe Urango.

Williams shouldn't get a rematch. He wouldn't give Margarito one.

I think unless a world title fight is very close AND exciting, there shouldn't be a rematch. At least Margarito put on an exciting performance even in losing. Neither Williams (vs. Quintana) or Witter could do that.

That's why I thought Williams was a bit of a ***** asking for a rematch when he wouldn't give Margarito one.

He knew thats why, Williams really got exposed. If he beat Quitana in the rematch he still will be know for getting exposed. :good
