Yup one seminar to some of the things I learned last April had became a part of my repitaure sp ? that I use all the time. Also some of things he would say like just listen to everyone and be open to advice no matter what rank or experience they have. I can honestly say from now being so open to it ive learned so much from white belts who had good ideas.
