He might not hear the bell or the count because he might be celebrating after knocking Joshua the f__k out.

He's a hell of a lot better than most of the people on here want to believe. Definitely far more skilled than Dillain Whyte.

He's fair shit and has a glass jaw. Won't last anywhere near as long with Big AJ MBE has Whyte did.

i would say on a par
whyte cant really set up his punches / but is a heavy hitter /i think more power than martin /
martin has the southpaw advantage but does absolutly nothing with his right hand jab /never really throws it to land just uses it as a guide to try and range find the straight left.

whyte goes right hand happy / but with overhand and clubbing rights and martin is all about straight lefts.

both have glaring fundamental technical weaknesses and both whyte and martin dont jab .

i would have thought that trainers teach the jab first and foremeost when they first start learning.

i think both get carried away with power shots and have negleted it to both there detriments.

glazkov was the most controlled i have seen martin / he boxed nice /did not overextend or lose balance /shame it ended before we learnt more.

i have watched the you tube fights of martin where he tries to throw right hand hook leads and they were sent by long distance telegraph so slow and poorly delivered they were / he spun himself around / his legs not used to throwing a hook of his right leg only balanced when he places his right leg out in front / body torqued for the straight left.

whyte similarly off balance loading up to much .

martin should box from range /use his legs to step back out as he does not ever move his head /

he should also refrain from ever throwing a lead right hook v joshua unless he is right inside and he is wide open to everything when he does.

if joshua moves to his left he will nullify martins offense and i do not see a plan b for martin of what i have seen of hiin the you tube and glaskov fight.

he might have fundamentals like will to win /iron jaw /very good stamina / but as with joshua because they are both green we simply dont know.

to be fair to martin i had not seen that fight
all ther fights i have seen on you tube were taken by fans with no commentry

he was smoother and did jab more
a couple of the jabs were quite good and had a bit of snap and that i had not seen before
his legs and relaxed manner also made him smoother and more refined.

the opponent was terrible for a 21 fight fighter / but he did look more rounded.

he is still sloppy with his right hand work but he has obviouly been doing a bit of work with his trainer in the gym and it showed.

henry tillman his trainer ? i heard him mention him in the afterfight .
never new that remember the watching tillman bronze ? to long ago in the 84 olympics and then the tyson rematch
