How good is Erik Skoglund ?

Unfortunatly i don't think so but he's still young (24 yrs).

But i do expect him to reach the level of Brähmer but with the exception that he tries taking on the best, Stevenson/Kovalev or whoever it might be when that time comes.

 

Euro level. Kovalev and Beterbiev would both end his life.

 

Brähmer is still a full couple of levels above Skoglund.

 

If Hopkins passes on IBF eliminator with Beterbiev (which is expected) then Skoglund and Chilemba are next in line.

 

Chilemba is considerably more serious a challenge than is Skoglund.

 

Ike would take him out H2H, too. Skoglund hasn't peaked, but he's not quite that level. He's third-tier, at best, right now.

 

Chilemba violates another pretty virgin record if it happens.

He just switched trainer to Tommy Antman (Swedish trainer) from Karsten Rover. That probably also mean that he switches his base from Berlin to Sweden.

 

Sauerland boxers Patrick Nielsen and Erik Skoglund are both ranked high but not among the twenty best in their division.

 

Chilemba would be for Skoglund like calculus for a third-grader.

 

Not an honor-roll student either.

 

Hopkins will pass on this, Skoglund is #4 but he has a fight scheduled, Chilemba is #5. Hmm I'd love to see Chilemba-Beter :thumbsup
