Yeah, he's really good. He has a bit of the same problem as a lot of the top flight Cubans, that he waits too long to pull the trigger sometimes rather than trying to set up his offense, but he's as talented as anyone in the weight class. It would be nice to see him get more active though.
Inside game is his only weakness otherwise he is pretty damn perfect. Well actually the chin im kind of worried about too. Have seen him shook up before so its still a question mark. Looks to be average at least though.
He looked pretty good to me when I saw his fight against Grady Brewer. Now Brewer might not be the best measuring tool - but I watched Lara closely, and he sure looks like the real deal to me.
Thats the fight where i saw him get stunned if im not mistaken and Brewer is not really a big puncher is he?
