Scroll to 3:20, this was in the 3rd round. Cotto partially blocked it and still was rocked.

Then scroll to 4:10 to watch the replay and you can see cotto partially block the shot. I wonder what dance cotto would have done if that had landed flush.

Did his glove hit the canvas after a punch from zab?
    Yes or no.

It's good. Considering how rare he gets hit, he has been hurt several times. Corley, Judah, Castillo, Mosley, Augustus...

His great defence probably hinders his chin though because he expects to avoid them, so doesn't prepare like a Margarito or Andrade does. He also isn't as used to taking shots or recovering.

    Good but dentable.

Yeah he took it, but not well at all. Do you honestly think mayweather would have been able to take half the flush shots that margarito took? Come on, im ****ing around a lot with the glass jaw jokes, but his chin is very suspect. You have to admit that, i mean mosley only hit him with 2 good shots, both of which had him badly hurt. Turn your blinders off

Is this all you are really clinging onto? Floyds glove touching the canvas once after being off balance?

Can you show me a gif of where he has been knocked down on his ass?

    I'm waiting.

This. He has a decent chin, but he's been rocked the few times he was hit clean and hard. You can't really put a grade on a his chin right now but I suspect it's decent / average. When you spend your whole career avoiding punishment, you're not going to take hard shots as well as other fighters.

No. I can't, but he got caught with an inside right hook and stumbled. He held himself up by putting his glove on the canvas, which constitutes a knock down.

Cry about it all you want, he was knocked down from a fairly weak punch.

Corley made his face squint and he went into the ropes to recover.

His chin is not good. Those punches landed on other elite fighters were NOTHING.

Margarito one iron head, that aint a fair comparison.

I dont think the 1st mosley shot was that bad, floyd just holded on because that his defensive nature when in trouble. And he was right because mosley was trying to push him down.

However the 2nd shot was a bomb and i dont know how floyd stayed up.

Yeah he did touch down against Zab. Was it a strong power shot that shock him 2 his boots, or was it a glancing blow that caught him off balance

Never really been tested..Yes he can take a punch, but most fighters can!! He defensive skills is the best in boxing right now IMO.
The reason why he is 41-0 is mainly because his defensive skills, the way he protect himself and counter, without wasting energi..
I dont think he´s got a weak chin at all...Just saying that he never really has been seriosly hurt..But he was rocked by Mosley...
But honestly i think Manny is the only one out there who´s got the SPEED to seriosly put Mayweather under pressure... His defensive skills are unbeliveble

It is actually very good, I wouldnt say excellent (definately not a Margarito chin) but the times he has taken flush shots through his career, was able to deal with it in a very good way.
