How good is Gary Russel Jr?

His resume is extremely weak. He went through a period of like 6 or 7 fights where "TBD" was his opponent until about 2 weeks to the fight. He stepped up once and got totally dismantled.
I would argue that Khan maybe has faster hands than him only because Gary has tiny baby T-rex arms and Khans are much longer so Gary by comparison looks faster. Those tiny arms will also probably keep him from beating top tier fighters as well.

He keeps saying he wants a rematch with Loma, but his actions don't seem to agree with it. He got owned in the fight so there was no logical reason for a rematch. The other way you get a rematch is by clearing out bodies and he isn't doing that either. Fighting once a year won't get you there.
